How to Crochet 3D Granny Stitch Pattern DIY Tutorial

In this tutorial video I'll show you how to crochet the 3D granny stitch pattern, which can be used for blankets, scarves, shawls, and more.

Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. The crochet 3D granny stitch pattern looks nice on both sides. It consists primarily of the regular 3 double crochet stitches. With this 3D textured version, the embossed look is created by making a back post single crochet (bpsc) stitch on the next row, followed by 2 chain stitches. It's a pretty simple pattern to remember. Plus it is quick to make. For my sample I'm using 100% worsted weight yarn and a size H 5 mm crochet hook.
