Seriously hard to beat a Wagyu Smashburger. This mince is from a marble score 9+ wagyu brisket trimming. There's already so much flavour in there it really only needs a touch of salt and maybe some pepper if you like for taste.

The burger sauce is SO SIMPLE and TASTY. Equal parts yellow mustard/tomato sauce (ketchup)/kewpie mayo and then a splash of pickle juice.

Can guarantee these Wagyu Smashburgers will impress your family and friends! Super tasty, easy to make and relatively cheap.
