The 7 Ways Fasting Can Help:

#1 - Get Lean Without Counting Calories

Regular fasting, like the 16:8 Intermittent fasting protocol, has these benefits:
Easier to be in a calorie deficit
Decreases blood sugar spikes
Improves metabolic health

#2 - Reset (Metabolism & Habits)

Consistent habits are one of the keys to a healthier lifestyle.
