Former Tory MP Lord Arbuthnot, who has long been a campaigner for Horizon scandal victims, has took the stand at the Post Office inquiry.

Lord Arbuthnot worked as a barrister and served as an MP for the Tory Party between 1987 and 2015, serving in that time in various ministerial posts, including in the Ministry of Defence.

He was made a life peer in 2015.
