長野県安曇野市にある丸山鯉屋さんは独特な商売体型をしています。扱いのは鮮魚のみ。しかも全て生きたまま在庫しており、注文が来てから捌くというこだわりの体系です。そして鯉をはじめ、信州大王イワナ、シナノユキマス、信州サーモンなど長野県のブランド魚はほぼ在庫しています。
