-10 habanero peppers (less if you don't want so much heat)
-4 jalapeno peppers
-1 cup brown sugar
-15 oz. soy sauce
-3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
-3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
-6 tbsp. granulated garlic
-6 tbsp. granulated onion
-6 tbsp. Fiesta Fajita Seasoning
-1 1/4 tsp. curing salt
