Ever had a hyperlink accidentally stuck in your Word document? It's super frustrating when you just want clean text without any clickable links. This usually happens when you copy text from a webpage or another document where the link is embedded. The good news? Fixing it is simple. First, highlight the text with the hyperlink. Right-click and select 'Remove Hyperlink'—done! If that doesn't work, try the keyboard shortcut: press Ctrl + Shift + F9. This forces Word to break the link while keeping your text intact. For multiple links, use the Find and Replace tool. Press Ctrl + H, type '^h' in the 'Find what' field, and replace it with nothing. Boom! All hyperlinks vanish in one go. The key is to act quickly before the text gets saved with the link. If you wait, it might reappear later. But with these steps, you'll have total control over your document's formatting.
