Frank LOVES french fries and 99.9% of the time he buys store bought frozen fries for convenience and also I’m not a big fan.
The price of store frozen fries has gotten ridiculous even if you buy the store brand of which he’s not that keen on. So I thought I would make him homemade fries and freeze them but first I had to try out a few methods to see which one he likes best!
My three methods were blanching , friying and oven baked.
Which one did he choose??!!
