Automated Palletizing System. The palletizing cell handles shrink wrapped trays filled with bottles as well as shrink wrapped bottles on a corrugated pad. Pallets are loaded into magazines where the robot will automatically pick each pallet out of the magazine during the pallet loading operation as well as pick and place slip sheets. Once the pallet is fully loaded, it is automatically conveyed out of the cell. The cell continues to load trays on a new pallet, repeating the process as the line senses availability.
