A Nose Manual is a stand performed on the front wheel. Same as regular Manual this trick is difficult to explain but given trick tips will help you master it. The first and most important thing you have to do is getting rid of any fear of failing over the handlebars. There is a relatively safe way to execute this. Throw your bike onto the front wheel applying more force than necessary. The moment you start losing your balance and feel yourself falling, push off the pedals, take one hand off the bars and turn them 90° using your other hand. Calmly land on your feet. With this technique you avoid any risks of hitting the crossbars with your feet and landing a serious injury. Plus your bike will often remain in your hands which makes the fail much cooler! Advice: spend a lot of time perfecting this move...

Step 2. Try riding across a corner, you must always see the exact place you are trying to reach. Sometimes it is easier to go into the stand with small hop rather then simply rolling onto the front wheel. Keep your arms tense and try to hold the stance. On exit perform something of a Nollie. Practice until you feel you can reliably hold your balance then move on to step 3.

For this exercise you will need a street curb or small ledge in the park because the real Nose Manual is one you enter with Bunny Hop. Ride towards the ledge in medium speed, throw a Bunny Hop and land on your front wheel. Try to hold your balance, your arms must stay tense.
