जब भी Breast cancer की सर्जरी के दौरान axillary clearance यानी बगल का operation भी किया जाता है तब 100 में से 40 मरीजों में हाथ के दर्द की शिकायत आती है और कुछ मरीजों में हाथ सूज भी जाता है तो ऐसे में हम suggest करते हैं के आप physiotherapist से मिले और अच्छे से अपनी physiotherapy करवाएं जिस से 1 से 1.5 साल में आप के हाथ का दर्द गायब हो जाएगा।
