Описание к видео Monster Juniper bonsai - grafting shimpaku juniper onto large juniper squamata

I acquired this very large juniper squamata about 15 years ago. I just never liked the foliage and finally decided to try and graft shimpaku onto this juniper. I have been planning this for a few years and growing the stock plant accordingly. I did learn this technique from Bjorn’s course on Bonsai Empire and have implemented it here. I hope these grafts work. If they do then the tree will need a few more in the future.
