There are three steps to building a large mlm team and mlm business:
Step 1: always focus on bringing new people in
Step 2: plug your new people into your company's system
Step 3: plug your new people into your company's culture.

MLM Team Building Step #1: As a leader, you always want to stay in production mode. This will show your team that what you do works and that your company's systems work. This will also show your team that they should continue to listen to you. The biggest mistakes that most mlm team leaders make is stopping their own personal production to help their team. You don't want to do this because if you do this then you are teaching your team that they should do this when they get a new team member. Always stay in production mode.

MLM Team Building Step 2: Plug your new person into your company's system. By your company system, I mean the tools that your company has that explains your company's business compensation plan and the product line that your company offers. Always point your new person to these tools so you don't have to explain and they don't have to explain. When you start explaining instead of pointing to a tool, then that can kill duplication because now your new team members will have to explain things just like you. Instead point people to your company's system and tools.

MLM Team Building Step 3: Plug your new person into your company's culture. What is the culture? One element of your company's culture is your company's events. As a leader, you want to get great at promoting your company's events. Events are great belief-builders and help provide a lot of social proof for your team that your company works. Events can do what you can't do as a leader.

Another element of your company's culture is your company's calls and your upline calls. Be sure to plug your new team members into your company's training calls and your upline training calls. This will help you leverage your time as you continue to stay in production mode.

If you focus on these 3 steps as you are doing mlm team building, then you will be able to build a big team inside of your mlm business that will duplicate and give you the residual income and financial freedom that you are searching for.
