I had this snare drum for over 40 years and have just taken it out to play on it. Wow what a sound on this Rogers Dynasonic chrome over brass snare drum. It has been years since I have played on it.I mostly play on the Slingerland Maple Wood Buddy Rich TDR model from 1976. I use this Slingerland snare with my Big Band most of the time. This Rogers Dynasonic has to be one of the greatest snare drums ever made.What is very important is you must know how to tune this snare drum right. Once this happens,you have one of the best snare drums of all time.
