ARRL's Logbook of The World is still down as of 6/8/2024. The status of the system is still unknown or what damage has been done to the information contained in the servers. According to the ARRL an "International Cyber Group" is responsible. So far, no information to what group or the country of origin of this group has been released. The current status of LoTW can be found on the ARRL website, and as of this video it is still down.
