Sponge Cake
• 6 eggs
• 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 6 tablespoons of plain flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
Cream:
• 250 g butter
• 500 g soft cottage cheese (fat)
• 150 g powdered sugar
Topping:
• 120 g cooking chocolate
• 100 g butter
• 2 tablespoons milk
Preparation process
1. Grease the baking sheet (9"x13", or smaller for thicker layers)
2. Separate eggs into yolks and whites.
3. Whisk egg whites until peaks form.
4. Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar. Add oil, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa and carefully stir in the beaten egg whites.
5. Pour the dough and spread it on a baking tray, place in an oven heated to 180 °C and bake for about 10 minutes at 180 °C.
6. After baking, let the sponge cake cool.
7. During the cooling of the cake, whisk room temperature butter with sugar and beat in tvaroh cheese until smooth.
8. Brush the cooled sponge cake with cream mixture, then freeze it.
9. Prepare the glaze by breaking the chocolate into the melted butter and stirring until a smooth mixture is formed. Stirring constantly, gradually add milk by spoonful.
10. Pour the dessert with a smooth glaze and let it solidify.
