Ingredients:
6 pcs Chicken Leg Quarter (Fillet)
1 cup Chicken oil or any oil na prefer mo
2 pcs medium sized Carrots
3 pcs medium sized Potatoes
2 pcs medium sized Bell Pepper
1/8 cup margarine
3pcs bayleaves
1 whole chopped white onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/2 tsp White pepper
500ml Water
7pcs Shitake Mushroom Sliced
salt to taste
2 cans vienna sausage or any sausage
1 cup evaporada
1 1/2 cup quickmelt cheese or cheddar cheese
125 ml All Purpose Cream
