Here are 10 important facts about the Vivo Mobile India Pvt Ltd Industrial Park in Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), Sector 24A, along the Yamuna Expressway:

1. Vivo was allotted approximately 169 acres of land in Sector 24A, YEIDA in November 2018 for setting up its mobile-phone manufacturing hub.

3. YEIDA has granted a partial occupancy certificate (OC) for 62 acres of the land to Vivo.

4. The built-up area within the Park (for the portion with the OC) is approximately 1.6 lakh square metres (≈ 160,000 sq m) for that phase.

5. The project is planned in two phases:

Phase 1: Manufacture ~60 million smartphones annually, generate ~22,000 job opportunities.

Phase 2: On completion of both phases, manufacture ~120 million smartphones annually and add ~16,000 more jobs (total ~38,000 jobs).

6. The total investment committed by Vivo for this manufacturing hub is around ₹ 6,690 crore (or ₹ 6.99 billion) for both phases.

7. At the time of allotment, Vivo received incentives from the state/YEIDA: a 25% subsidy on land rates and stamp‐duty waiver at least on the initial allotment.

8. The project is seen as one of the first mega‐industrial projects in the YEIDA township / industrial belt along the Yamuna Expressway, helping anchor the industrial ecosystem there.

9. The location is strategic: Sector 24A along the Yamuna Expressway benefits from connectivity to the expressway, potential proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport (Jewar), and supporting infrastructure planned by YEIDA. 10.
