If you're trying to switch a Netflix kids profile into a regular or adult profile, this video clears up a common confusion—Netflix does not offer a direct way to convert a kids profile to a normal one. Instead, you’ll need to delete the existing kids profile and create a new one that doesn't have the "Kids" setting enabled.

When you open the Netflix app, you’re first taken to the profile selection screen. Kids profiles are labeled clearly and come with content restrictions that limit access to age-appropriate shows and movies. As shown in the video, even if you try to change settings from within the kids profile, there are no options available to remove the restriction or upgrade it to an adult account.

To fix this, go back to the profile management screen. Select the edit (pencil) icon next to the kids profile and choose "Delete Profile." Once the profile is removed, click “Add Profile” and create a new one. When doing this, make sure to *leave the Kids option unchecked*.
