MONTE JAFFERAU ski slope side | steep gravel road | onboard with engine sound | KTM 790 Adventure

Monte Jafferau with the massive fort on its peak is one of the most popular places for enduro and adventure riders in Piemont, Italy.
There are several routes to get to Fort Jafferau. The route in this video is starting from Gleise and climbing the ski slope side. So not the one also starting from Gleise and passing Forte Föens, which seems to be an easier to ride alternative to me.
In some sections there are steeper shortcuts, but due to my somehow worn out tires (Mitas E-07) I chose to stay on the still steep enough official trail.
As the traffic sign in the beginning of the video says, the trail (off-road course 28-29) is only open from 1st of june to 30th of september.
What I could not clearly read on it is, that it is only open on wednesay and saturday, except public holidays. But government websites say that.
These kind of rules apply on several of the gravel roads in the area, so better make sure to plan it for a day on which it is allowed.
