SBE Stock Analysis: Buy, Sell Or Hold Before Merger With ChargePoint?

On Thursday we'll hear if the SBE stock will merge with ChargePoint or not. Make sure you vote. But what about the valuation? No sub yet? No prob:

First of all, make sure you vote, at least if you can do that for free. According to a poll I held, many SBE investors haven't voted. Next Thursday we'll get a second vote. If you don't know how to vote, contact your broker.

The current pro forma market cap of ChargePoint is about $11 billion. Some people think it's only $1.4 billion because the only look at the market cap of the SBE stock.

And what about the valuation? Are the revenue multiples fair? Is the predicted revenue fair as well? Are we seeing major tailwinds indicating more upside for ChargePoint.

Also keep in mind ChargePoint isn't the only EV charging company. EVbox is also a good one, merging with the TPGY stock. Its valuation seems better compared to the SBE stock.
