The Ice Climbers have potential to be one of the most exciting characters in Smash, their extremely unique design as a character allows for some of the most creative and powerful combos possible in the right hands.
They may have their weaknesses, but when a good Ice Climbers is on point, there's not much else like it in Smash. (I highly recommend watching Wobbles at Evo 2013 if you're interested in seeing ICs at their finest)
