I don’t know why but recently I’ve noticed an increase in Todoroki players in My Hero Ultra Rumble. As a result I’ve been getting frozen left and right and have found myself finding his gamma skill more and more annoying. Which is exactly why today I’ll be using Todoroki to annoy my opponents.
