Hi, I'm Dr. Brian Prax, author of the books "Reversing Neuropathy; Making the Impossible, Possible" and "Your Guide to Reversing Knee Pain."

Our mission statement at Chronic Care Charlottesville and this YouTube channel is to bring more E's into the lives of others. I'm here to bring more E's into your life, to make life easier for you.

In this channel, I'm sharing science, techniques, tools and tips that work in our office. In the videos, I discuss things that you need to know, things that you can do on your own to help you with your neuropathy pain, knee pain, joint pain, fibromyalgia among many others. Just anything that would help your body help itself get better. It's really simple, dig in deep!
