Climate: ACTION! with the D&G Climate Hub

This short film showcases some of the amazing climate action initiatives taking place in Dumfries and Galloway. These projects were some of the first to be supported by the D&G Climate Hub following its launch in November 2023, led by a host of volunteers and community groups active across the region.

Special thanks to visual artist John Wallace, together with trainee film-makers Annie Gamble and Imogen Cowan, for helping us share these stories and inspire even more communities to help build climate resilience, here in our beautiful UNESCO Biosphere and far beyond.

The D&G Climate Hub supports community-led climate action across Dumfries and Galloway with seed funding, training, networking, resources, and the expertise of a Climate Officer team. Hosted by the Galloway & Southern Ayrshire Biosphere Partnership, it is one of a national network of community climate action hubs made possible by Scottish Government funding through the Let's Do Net Zero campaign.
