📌 1. Install XAMPP
1️⃣ Download XAMPP from Apache Friends
2️⃣ Install XAMPP 8.2.12 (PHP 8.2.12) on your system
3️⃣ Select a drive where XAMPP is not already installed

📌 2. Update XAMPP (Without Losing Data)
🔹 Backup all databases and projects (htdocs folder)
🔹 Uninstall the current XAMPP version
🔹 Download and install the latest version of XAMPP from Apache Friends
🔹 Restore databases in PHPMyAdmin and move back project files

📌 3. Install Composer
🔹 Download Composer from Composer Setup
🔹 Install it inside the /xampp/php/ directory
🔹 Verify installation using the command: composer

📌 4. Update Composer
🔹 Run composer self-update to update to the latest version
🔹 Use composer update to update all packages

📌 5. Check Composer Version
🔹 Run composer --version to confirm the installation
