Nikon's 50mm f/1.4 is Small, Affordable, and GREAT!

It’s been a long time since we’ve seen affordable f/1.4 primes from any of the major full-frame camera companies. But now, Nikon has unveiled the Nikkor Z 50mm f/1.4, which costs even less than the slower 50mm f/1.8 S! How does this lens perform in the field? Chris Niccolls took a pre-production sample out to get some answers.
