Offering players the ability to traverse alien landscapes, mine valuable resources, and engage in ground-based skirmishes, the SRV was a promising addition to an already expansive universe. However, in the years since its debut, little has been done to evolve its mechanics, and many players feel that SRV gameplay remains one of Elite Dangerous’ most underdeveloped aspects.
