There is a lot of sambar masala out there. Even south India, there are some different sambar masala varieties. Today I will show you more flavorful & aromatic authentic Kerala sambar masala powder recipe in Hindi. As you know, Sambar is one of the most delicious south Indian foods, often served as a side with rice idli and dosa.

Please note: Ek dum authentic Kerala sambar masala mein hum jeera nahi dalte he. toh aap log ko jeera pasand he toh half tablespoon jeera bhi daal sakthe he. Or ise sambar masala ka main ingrediant hai kada hing ye dalega tho sambar masala powder ka flavour or smell bahot din tak rukkegi. We didn't add any preservatives toh bottle mein air tight karke rakna chahiye.



Authentic Kerala Sambar Masala Powder Ingredients.

Dry Red Chilli 35 g

Kashmiri Chilli 25 g

Coriander Seeds 35 g

Fenugreek Seeds 2 tbsp (35 g)

Chana Dal 4 tbsp (75 g)

Urad Dal 2.5 tbsp (50 g)

Rice 2 tbsp (40 g)

Kada Hing (Asafoetida) 30 g

Curry Leaves 2 Nos

Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
