Cat Cake Tutorial | Fresh cream cake | Whipped cream cake

I'm not a big fan of fresh cream or whipped cream as some call it. You can only create a limited no of designs from it.
These cakes tend to be more of a dessert than a celebration cake.

Any who lets get to the details.

For the ears I used lolly pops drew triangles on baking sheets and covered the first layer in white choc. I laid the choc lollies on them and then covered the whole thing in dark choc. Dark choc always tends to be firmer once cooled than white.

The piping nozzle used on the cake was just a star tip.
The roses were piped with wilton 104.
And again a small star tip for the yellow flowers.

I wasn't too happy with the flower head band at the first go so I scrapped it up and did it all over again.
