Pasta with Ground Beef and Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

Half a pack of pasta
100 g ground beef
2 tomato blended (or 1 cup of tomato sauce)
1 tbsp tomato paste
Vegetable oil
Salt
Garlic (optional)

Instructions:

1. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the sauce in another pan.
2, Sauté the ground beef in vegetable oil until browned.
3. Add the tomato paste, blended fresh tomatoes (or tomato sauce) and one clove of grated garlic. Season with salt.
4. Add about one cup of the pasta’s boiling water to the sauce and let it cook until it thickens.
5. Once the sauce is ready, remove it from heat.
6. You can either pour the sauce over the pasta when serving or mix it all together — Enjoy🍝

Kıymalı Makarna Tarifi

Malzemeler:

Yarım paket makarna
100g kıyma
250gr domates sosu
1 yk domates salcasi
Sıvı yağ
Tuz
1 dis rendelenmis sarimsak (arzuya gore)

Yapilisi:

1. Makarnalar haşlanırken diğer yandan sos hazırlanır.
2. Kıyma sıvı yağda kavrulur, daha sonra üzerine domates sosu ilave edilir.
3. Domatesleri rondodan gecirip icerisine salcayi ve arzuya gore bir dis sarımsak ilave edin.
4. Tuz ekleyin.
5. 1 kepçe kadar makarnanın haşlama suyundan katılarak sosu pişirin.
6. Sos piştikten sonra ocaktan alın.
7. Son olarak sosu dilerseniz makarnanın üzerinde servis edin dilerseniz de makarnanın tamamına ilave ederek videodaki gibi harmanlayın. Afiyet olsun!
