STEPS
1. INSTALL THE HANDLE
2. ATTACH THE DEPTH CONTROL HANDLE
3. SLIDE THE CHAIN DRIVE BAR ONTO SUPPORT.
**NOTE** THE CAP HEAD BOLTS WILL BE TIGHTENED AFTER THE CHAIN IS INSTALLED
4. PLACE THE CHAIN ON THE SPROCKET
5. INSTALL THE CHAIN PLATE
6. INSTALL THE CHAIN PLATE JOINT AND INSERT PINS
7. FINISH BLADE HOLDER INSTALL
8. TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS
9. TIGHTEN OR LOOSEN TO SET SLACK ON CHAIN
**NOTE** 1 INCH SLACK RECOMMENDED
10. INSTALL SAFETY BAR
11. INSTALL THE AUGER GUARD

THE DK2 18” TRENCHER IS POWERED BY A KOHLER CH270 7 HP ENGINE.
High pressure sintered 21 Tungsten Carbide cutters are mounted on a 63 in. chain and spin at 400RPM. The unit can trench at 200 ft./hour and provides an aggressive 10.5 ft./lbs. of torque that easily digs 4 in. W trenches. The unit features an adjustable leveling handle, axle auto lock when in reverse, quick all position depth change, quick change teeth with 3/8 in. plow plates and HD trolley wheel for easy transportation and digging stability. DK2 Power engineers and manufactures high performance equipment for the hard-working professional. The Trencher is covered by the Commercial Command Pro 3-Year Kohler warranty.
