Another colourful chapter lands in my REDEFINED series, where I turn Hey Duggee badges into bold, shiny 3D creations that practically bounce off the screen.
This awesome comparison video focuses on badges taken from the recently released Hey Duggee’s Squirrel Club. I’ve carefully shaded each one and added lighting to create a fun 3D effect, so you can see the difference as they transform from flat to fantastically dimensional. The glow, the depth, the highlights, it’s all part of the cool little makeover magic that makes this series what it is.
There are 11 badges from Hey Duggee’s Squirrel Club featured here, plus one cheeky bonus badge that isn’t from the club at all, bringing the total to 12. It’s a wonderfully mixed collection with a range of ideas, and they all look absolutely amazing once the redefined treatment is complete.
I’m a solo creator from the UK who genuinely loves making these videos. I have no affiliation with the creators of Hey Duggee whatsoever. I’m simply a fan who enjoys reimagining the badges in my own creative way.
If you’re enjoying the REDEFINED series and loving these 3D badge comparisons, be sure to hit the like button and show your support. It helps more than you know and keeps this cool, colourful badge adventure rolling.

Hey Duggee is a British animated educational preschool television series aimed at two to five year olds. Created by Grant Orchard, it is produced by Studio AKA, in association with BBC Studios (formerly BBC Worldwide). The show is narrated by Alexander Armstrong.
The programme's characters are talking anthropomorphic animals, with Duggee communicating in woofs. The episodes are based around The Squirrel Club, an activity club for children that Duggee leads. The children – the club's Squirrels – take part in all kinds of activities, have adventures and earn badges for their accomplishments. Each episode shows the Squirrels completing an activity or adventure relating to a badge that they earn at the end of each episode. There is no set formula for every episode, with many referencing or parodying pop culture.
Hey Duggee has five series. It was first shown on 17 December 2014, and officially premiered on 12 January 2015. The BBC and Studio AKA produced a second series in early 2016, with the first episode airing in the United Kingdom on 26 September 2016.
A third series was commissioned in October 2017, with the first episode due to be broadcast in Autumn 2018, but was pushed back to 4 March 2019. It aired until September 2021 with a Christmas episode shown in December 2020. The third series received increased acclaim and popularity amongst children and adults alike during the 2020 pandemic lockdowns. It was renewed for a fourth series on 5 September 2022.
In 2022-present, to celebrate the premiere of David Attenborough's The Green Planet documentary on BBC, Hey Duggee created a short film called "The Green Planet Badge" with a guest voice by Attenborough. The short premiered on January 9, 2022 on YouTube.
A spinoff series Hey Duggee's Squirrel Club premiered on 28th April 2025.
The original series was also renewed for a fifth season.
The first half of the fifth series began on 28 June 2024 with the episode "The Carrot Badge". After a two-month hiatus, the series started properly on 9 September 2024 with “The Face Painting Badge”.
On October 24, 2025.
It was announced Hey Duggee was renewed for series 6-8
