A tour of Las Colinas, Irving, Texas (Dallas Suburb)

Las Colinas is a master planned urban center within the city of Irving, Texas. The city of Irvine itself is centrally located between Fort Worth and Dallas with a population just above 250,000 people. The Las Colinas area is a hub for companies, with residential, commercial and corporate buildings scattered throughout. The footage here features Williams Square, Robert Glen's Mustangs of Las Colinas sculptures, the Mandalay Canals and Lake Carolyn. You can find live music around the area at The Ginger Man, Toyota Music Factory, Texas Lottery Plaza, Mama Tried, Mercy Bar and Lounge, and Texican Court. Ultimately I made it out to Audio Dallas in Garland to record some songs. Good times.
