YOOOOOO IT'S SUMMER!!! And bringing the heat with a THREE WAY COLLAB with great musical buddies Jawnhto and NuzLok! This was a super fun collab and you can definitely see how our styles meshed together. Get ready for some waves of nostalgia!

When deciding a remix to do, lots of suggestions were thrown out. We ultimately decided that it had to be Unova! Jawnhto suggested Humilau City, and work begun. We wanted to capture the same energy that sheddy and mewmore do in their summer remixes (so thank you for your inspirations guys!! we ly ❤️). I think we captured that energy very well. The structure is very sheddy inspired, with the drops hitting solos and using liberated melodies. There's even a chilled out section with piano and flute, very much like sheddy's remix of Reversal Mountain! The instrumentation is VERY mewmore-ish (we named a sound "mewmore hype bloop" lol). We crammed a bunch of references to other video game themes in here, which is partly responsible for the name. Overall, this is the song of the summer! Enjoy!
