In this video, I share my vegan meatloaf recipe. If you're looking for something that's delicious but won't have you in the kitchen ALL day, then this is the recipe for you. I use the impossible burger because this product is most like real beef, however other vegan beef substitutes can be used with this recipe. This recipe can also be used to make meatballs as well, which I did for my LA Vegan Dining Experience.
