Single Chair - Mad River Glen

The single chair is located at Mad River Glen. It is an old-style ski resort located in central/northern Vermont. It is the only single chair in North America, and the oldest ski lift in the world. It brings you up the full 2,000ft of vertical, allowing you to ski the legendary trails such as Chute, Fall Line, and Paradise. Mad River Glen is a small ski area with big character located in Fayston, Vermont, about an hour or so away from Burlington. It is known for its legendary steeps, rustic base lodge, and ban on snowboarding. Ski it if you can!
