She was 20, when she first met him—he was 19, casually dressed in loose pajamas while everyone else had dressed to impress. Something about him stood out, and that one meeting turned into exchanged numbers, late-night walks, shared struggles, and eventually, love.
Their journey wasn’t easy. While Debinna found her break in Telegu Industry, Gurmeet had nothing but a bike and ₹500 in his bank account. But love triumphed over everything. In a bold move, they secretly tied the knot, building a life together from scratch—audition after audition, rejection after rejection, until they landed their breakthrough roles as Ram and Sita in 2007. Their careers took off, they became household names, and they married again, this time with the blessings of their families.
But their biggest challenge came when they tried to start a family. Years of failed IVF treatments tested their patience and strength, but they never gave up on their dream. After six long years, their prayers were answered—Lianna and Divisha came into their lives, making their family complete.
