Added amber berry. (ID 270)
Added indigo berry. (ID 271)
Added jade berry. (ID 272)
Added russet berry. (ID 273)

Added vermillion berry. (ID 275)
Added flashlight. (ID 276)
Added carjack. (ID 277)
Added spread reduction when prone and crouched.
Added dynamic crosshair in non-hard modes.

Improved berry bush model.
Flares and smokes attract zombies.

Increased speed of megazombie.

Fixes:

Fixed hotkeys while in inventory screen.
Fixed no impact sounds with gore disabled.
Fixed running non-server commands in singleplayer.
Fixed bumper splatter direction.
Fixed gas icon.
Fixed gun interact request not disabling.
Fixed smoke scale in secondary render.
Fixed reloading bundles broken after throwables.
