The first premium Summit for The Chase brought us another nifty Interception Unit from Ford: the Ford GT. The mid-engined interceptor is definitely something to behold with its intimidating looks, but if you're running from this in a Ford GT of your own, chances are, it'll be a stalemate.

Top Speed: Average
Acceleration: Average
Nitrous: Average
Cornering Speed: Above Average

Handling: Exactly the same as the standard Ford GT, grippy, composed, not a lot of understeer, some oversteer due to some body roll, but because of its widened stance, this isn't that much of an issue.

Performance: exactly the same as the standard car. It doesn't pack the acceleration that other hypercars I've tested on here, but it's still plenty quick.

Conclusion: Although quick, out of the 3 Interceptors, it's the slowest and least powerful. In comparison to the standard car though, it's exactly the same. In retrospect then, platinum winners raced hard in their cars for an interceptor slower than one that you can buy at the store. Still, police liveries look sick on this thing.
