Students, parents and colleges face growing anxiety over financial aid processing backlog

A new, simplified financial aid form was introduced three months later than expected, causing the backlog as a deadline approaches for students to choose their colleges. Many still don't know their financial aid decision. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports.
