The city decides that Dan needs a new sewer line. Along with all if his neighbors, Dan gets to experience 3 weeks of backhoes and construction down his alley and in front of the house. The first day was crazy and busy with all sorts of fun. The Biggest fun is the temporary sewage line that spilled all over the street. Great fun.
