Today I want to go over what we are seeing is an increase of inauthentic complaints about beauty products. If you are selling beauty products, please make sure that your products are stored in the correct temperature so that your products do not smell differently or have a different texture. Also, it's very important that you make sure that your invoices show a verifiable supplier. We are seeing a bunch of sellers that have invoices that show a supplier that actually does not have a website. It's very important if your supplier does not have a website then just obtain an authorization letter that we can submit to Amazon.

Next, we are seeing arise of denials from the notice dispute team, especially for our bigger sellers. If you are receiving these IP complaints and you are providing Amazon with a thorough plan of action as well as invoices, and you are receiving a request for greater detail, it may be best to reach out to the escalation team as we are seeing the notice dispute team rejecting a bunch of appeals within hours.

Also, if you are calling seller support, make sure that you are not solely relying on the messages that they are giving you. Amazon Seller Support is not reliable and they are not in charge of reviewing appeals. So just make sure that you are reaching out to the rights owners to obtain a retraction and make sure that you're showing Amazon that you are trying to compliantly resolve the matter at hand.

The last thing we are seeing is a rise in suspension notices for ASIN variations. I know that we have talked about this multiple times throughout the weeks. However, this is something that we are still seeing. If you are receiving notifications from Amazon warning you of the misuse of ASIN variations, one thing that we are going to suggest that you do is to address this with Amazon before you delete those listings. Do not just delete the listings and then assume that Amazon is no longer going to hit you with a suspension because Amazon actually can do that. So make sure that you are appealing and then deleting your listings.
