Homemade Jerk Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients List

3 sprigs fresh thyme
2 spring onions
8 pimento seeds
1-3 scotch bonnet pepper (depends on the heat you can handle, use more or less)
1 tsp browning
1/2 large onion
8 garlic cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup oil to Blend

Store in the fridge in a glass jar for up to a few weeks. Use a clean spoon every time you take some.
