This patient has already got filling done somewherelse and reported with broken tooth due to lack of strength of previous filling..
On taking X-ray we got to know about the decay below filling so I planned to go for direct pulp capping to save the tooth from Root canal treatment..decay was removed and filling was done in 4 layer system while protecting underlying nerves..
