材料:南瓜300克,大米400克,虾米30克,腊肠2根,鲜香菇3朵,红葱头100克,100毫升香菇水,1勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,半勺盐

做法
1.炒锅内放少许油,炸香红葱头,炸至金黄色捞出备用
2.加入虾米爆香,再加入腊肠丁&香菇丁翻炒均匀
3.再加入南瓜继续炒,最后把大米也加进来翻炒2分钟
4.倒入100毫升香菇水,1勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,半勺盐拌匀
5.将炒好的米饭放在电饭锅内,加入香菇水至末盖大米1厘米煮熟即可开吃啦
