Calgary Hitmen Corral Series Experience & Recap

After giving my initial reaction to this event and gave my preview of it a week before. Feel it's fitting to give my personal experience and recap of watching all three games in the Stampede Corral and share some photos I've took during the event. You can see my videos that I've already uploaded on the player introductions, penalty shot goal and my final look inside the Stampede Corral after the third and final game.

It was an amazing experience and a trip back in time before my time to see Calgary's hockey history and learn more about it. Glad the Calgary Hitmen acknowledged and celebrated the past as it planted seeds for Calgary's teams today being the Flames and Hitmen. While the Stampede Corral is slated for demolition as part of the BMO Centre expansion plans as previously mentioned. Felt it was important for me to experience this and document this so that future generations can learn and experience Calgary's hockey history. The photos I've taken was a very small sample size and have many action shots and pictures in the concourse backed up and on my Google Photos.

Even though much of the history pre dates me that happened. I will miss the arena when it's demolished because I appreciate all that happened before my time and grabbed some nostalgia. Also nice to see the jerseys in action. Hear my story and watch my photo show at the end.
