Write a Fiction Book: Tension and Suspense - Building Anticipation by Slow Reveal

This is one of several lessons on writing a book for beginners.

Keep your reader on pins and needles through the use of antici... pation. Hold back information as you write and do a slow reveal. Tension and suspense come more from what you don't write rather than what you do write. This technique is particular important in writing horror and thrillers.
