To create users and roles in SAP, you can do the following:
Create a role
In the SAP Easy Access transaction, select Create Role or go to Tools Administration User Maintenance Role Administration Roles (transaction PFCG). Enter a name for the role, and then add a description. You can also assign transactions, reports, and web addresses to the role.
Assign a role to a user
Open the SAP BTP cockpit, navigate to your subaccount, and then select Security Users. Choose a user from the list, and then select Assign Role Collection under Role Collections on the right. In the Assign Role Collection dialog, choose the role collection to assign, and then select Assign Role Collection.
