I had heard of this guy and seen videos of him on YouTube before going on holiday to Alcudia but nothing prepared me for this...the most amazing pancakes ever.

After seeing him for myself I find some of the other video titles very disparaging.
He's not crazy at all as some suggest he just seems to get himself into a zone where by he gets the rhythm to create his amazing pancakes at lightning speeds.

BTW don;t make the same mistake as me and look for him in Alcudia Port. He's in the main strip near to the Bellvue Hotel.
